I canceled an insurance policy a few months ago. However, this company -- which uses customer testimonials in its advertising -- keeps sending me mail, encouraging me to reconsider. And you know I don't like that!
Using its website, I requested removal of my name from its mailing list. But before I hit SEND, I checked the box giving permission to use my comment in its advertising.
So if you see an ad that says "your continued mailings are starting to annoy me", that's mine!
Hopefully my request will be acted upon. And maybe the staff in the marketing department will get a chuckle.
