Before we, as a national, get our jockstraps in a bunch about steroids in professional sports, please consider:

• Pro sports are entertainment
• Movies/television are entertainment
• Movies/television employ actors
• Actors go through surgical procedures to improve their job prospects
• Surgical procedures are not always safe
  

• Steroids have unknown side effects
  
• What happens if you take the little blue pill when you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or have an erection lasting longer than four hours?
  

• Cigarettes are dangerous
• Cigarettes are taxed
• Cigarettes are legal
• Steroids are dangerous
• Steroids are not taxed
• Steroids are illegal

I don't know if steroids should be legal. I do think hypocrisy should be illegal.
