A passing thought

File this in the "what're the odds?" department:
The weather was nice and my schedule was flexible, so I decided to walk to an afternoon meeting -- at an office about a mile away. My route had me crossing a train track which was no big deal.
Or it wouldn't have been unless there was a train.
Yep. My 25 minute walk was timed so perfectly (or so poorly) that I had to wait for a train! So I stood there waiting on the sidewalk, next to drivers who were also waiting. I felt like something was missing. Like a ton of steel around me and a car radio or something to fiddle with while the train rolled north.
I bought a lottery ticket the next day.
